By downloading or using iNutri Guide ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and KarminDev ("we", "us", "our"). If you have questions, contact us at moryosatur@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use iNutri Guide. By using the App, you confirm that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

Do not submit sensitive personal medical records, financial information, or any data you would not want processed by a third-party AI service (Google Gemini).
iNutri Guide offers an optional Premium subscription with the following plans (prices are in USD and may vary by region):
Pricing is set by Apple and may vary based on your country's App Store pricing.
All subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple through the App Store. Your Apple ID will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We may offer a free trial period. If offered, you will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
All refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.
iNutri Guide is a general wellness and nutrition tracking application. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All content in the App — including but not limited to the "Lumi" AI coach character, app design, icons, text, and features — is owned by or licensed to KarminDev and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App uses third-party services including Google Gemini API and Firebase. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KarminDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Premium subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or complete.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
